Contact
[email protected]. Tell us your device, the game version (Settings → About) and what happened.
A purchase didn't arrive
Open the store in the game and tap Restore purchases. Guns, outfits, dog coats, No Ads and the season pass come back on any device signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account. Coins, gold and shells are consumed on the device that bought them; if one is missing, send us the store receipt.
Progress
Progress is saved on the device. Deleting the game deletes the save; purchases can still be restored.
Duels
Live duels need a connection. If no opponent is online you hunt against a recorded run, marked as a ghost. Ranked duels level everyone's gear; the arena uses your own.
